Volunteers are an important part of our school community. If you can help, please ensure the office has the following documents on file:

• Volunteer Driver Form Volunteer Driver Form
• Copy of your Driver’s License
• Copy of your insurance (with minimum 2$ million liability coverage)
• ICBC Drivers Abstract ICBC Driving Record Link
• Criminal Record Check (McKenzie School Access Code: WE2QLDFHNP) Criminal Record Check link

You may send a copy of these documents to mckenzie@sd61.bc.ca or bring them to the school office where we can assist with copying.
